12/12/2007 Update:
This is how my throttlebody turned out! It is deffinately the best bang for the buck so far. I cut off the horns, ground everything smooth, and hand ported the venturies to 52mm. It took approx. 4 hours with a dremel, 400 grit, scotch brite pads, micrometer, and common tools to remove and take it apart.
5/28/2008 Update: I decided to to do the intake, after I realized the plenum pan gasket was drawing a bit of oil and the mpg's had dropped off.. I also cut the runners inside down flush, as well as ported and polished it out. Then I went and painted it with ceramic yellow paint, along with the accessories bracket to match. I also put on the million lights underbody L.E.D. kit. I also had the whole truck buffed and polished to a sharp shine.
